Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. International delivery is handled by DHL.

How long is the delivery?

We will require ~2-4 business days to process your order. Once the parcel is mailed out, you will be able to receive it within 1 week(subjected to customs clearance).

Is there any duty charges for the parcel?

For international customers, kindly check with your country customs office whether any custom/duty charges will be incurred as it is borne by the buyer and we have no control over these charges.

How can I track my parcel?

An email with the tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped out and you can follow up directly on the chosen courier’s website.

Can I request for a fabric swatch?

Our swatches are free but we will need to collect a flat rate of SGD$5 for the shipping fee(registered mail with tracking number). You can choose up to 6 colours.

How do I order?

Simply cart out the item that you want and proceed to check out once you have added your desired items to your cart. Please kindly ensure that the order details are correct as once the parcel is mailed out, we are unable to make any changes to it.

What are the available modes of payment?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

We will constantly be restocking the dresses.

What size should I get?

You can refer to out Size chart, if you have any queries, do drop us an email to info@bridgettbelle.com and we will assist you from there.

Do you have a size guide?

Each dress has unique size measurements. To find your size, please refer to the measurements of the specific style you are looking to purchase. If you require any help, send us an email (info@bridgettbelle.com) and we will assist you with the sizing.

Do I need to have an account to purchase?

Yes, you will need to have an account in order to start purchasing.

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

If there is any changes to your order, kindly send us an email (orders@bridgettbelle.com) within 1 day. If the parcel is mailed out, we are unable to make any changes to it.

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, we do accept return. You can return your *item(s) to us but you will have to bear the return shipping cost. Returns must be done within 7 days from the date of delivery. Do send us an email with the tracking number of the returned parcel once the parcel has been mailed out. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded.

Strictly no refund will be given if the return is postmarked more than 7 days after you received the item. If there is any problem with the purchase, you must inform us within 5 days, otherwise we will not accept the return.

*Item that is returned must be in it's original condition (unworn and unwashed, without any scent,lint or hair). Custom-made dresses and Sale items cannot be returned.

I have purchased an incorrect size/colour.

If you send us an email within 1 day of purchasing, we will be able to make the changes for you. If we have mailed out your order, you will have to return the parcel back to us. Please kindly refer to our return policy.

What are the washing instructions for the apparel?

The washing instructions can be found on the hang tag on the apparel.

Is there any difference if I purchase one dress first and the rest of the dresses at a later date?

There might be a slight colour difference for different batch of fabric which is not within our control.
